Die Buchung per Internet/Email hat problemlos geklappt. Kurz vor dem Termin wurde per SMS/Email nochmals extra benachrichtigt und die Fahrerinformation (Name/MobileNummer) durchgegeben. Fahrzeuge sehr sauber, sehr nette Fahrer, alles problemlos und zufriedenstellend. Fahrer war jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar und so konnte Treffpunkt auch kurzfristig exakt abgesprochen werden.

We were delayed because our luggage was late coming through but this was not a problem to the company. Our driver waited for quite a long time but then had to go off to another job. This still wasn’t a problem, they just sent another driver. We then had a 30 minute wait which wasn’t a problem as we were happy to get something to eat.
