We were badly delayed coming out to Innsbruck and then diverted to Germany and sent by bus to Innsbruck airport. I tried to keep in touch with updates via email as I was concerned that we would arrive in Innsbruck quite a few years later than expected. A lady telephoned me when we were about 10 minutes away and the driver arrived about 10 minutes after us.
