The driver was waiting with our name clearly displayed upon our exit from airport security in Salzburg, and he had clear instructions regarding our destination. The driver was not fluent in English, but was very friendly and courteous. On the return journey the driver arrived 10 minutes early. We had changed the pickup time twice and clearly the driver had been fully informed of the correct time.
