Everything about the experience was excellent. The drivers were polite and friendly and punctual. This was our first trip to Austria and the first time we\'ve used your company so we were a little apprehensive on what to expect in terms of service, however this was totally unfounded as the service we received was first class and we would fully recommend your company to any future visitors to your city.

Quick response when I first contacted to ask about which car would be suitable for ski carriage. The driver rang to tell us he had arrived and where to meet when we had collected our luggage The driver was friendly and made the journey really pleasant. Overall was very impressed and would definitely use Austrian Transfers again.

This was our first independent booking of our ski holiday, and l was concerned about being picked up at both the airport and from the hotel, but your company were fantastic,having booked and downloaded the booking form with all the details plus the drivers mobile number, it was great to receive the further confirmation 24hrs before each pick up,very helpful indeed. Both pick ups on time, drivers very friendly and professional in their service.
