Quick response when I first contacted to ask about which car would be suitable for ski carriage. The driver rang to tell us he had arrived and where to meet when we had collected our luggage The driver was friendly and made the journey really pleasant. Overall was very impressed and would definitely use Austrian Transfers again.

This was our first independent booking of our ski holiday, and l was concerned about being picked up at both the airport and from the hotel, but your company were fantastic,having booked and downloaded the booking form with all the details plus the drivers mobile number, it was great to receive the further confirmation 24hrs before each pick up,very helpful indeed.
