The driver was waiting for us at the airport and met us with a warm welcome. We travelled comfortably to the hotel and arrived in plenty of time. The return journey was equally smooth with the driver collecting us on time and deliverign us on time and safely for our flight. Would thoroughly recommend.

Despite our flight to Innsbruck being re-routed to Munich, and eventually arriving at Innsbruck 12 hours later than expected, our driver was still there to meet us. (We had been able to use the help-line to inform the company of our predicament, which seemed to work well.)
