I thought the experience was great - I would prefer more emails closer to the date of the transfer to reconfirm, payment details etc.

Fahrer war sehr freundlich, ruhig und geduldig. Trotz relativ viel Schnee auf Autobahn und Landstraße war ich während der gesamten Fahrt sehr entspannt. Das Kind konnte während der Fahrt durchgängig schlafen. Der Fahrer war gut vorbereitet mit Navigation und Infos zur Strecke. Die kalkulierte Fahrtzeit wurde trotz der genannten Widrigkeiten knapp unterschritten.
