Marcus (the driver) was fantastic. He was at the hotel a little early (perfect!) and through out the day, he drove, recommended local restaurants/ sights, chatted with us. We went over the time a bit due to boat schedule but he was able to take care of us. Thank you so much for the experience, Marcus! :)

our flight got cancelled last minute, but we managed to board on the previous one with all the luck. I emailed the taxi transfer company explaining the situation. they replied right back and acknowledge my email. when we landed, a representative called me straight away, saying the driver will arrive in 3 minutes. and 3 mintues later, he arrived. it was perfect timing, and we managed to spend our 10years anniversary in a beautiful city. thank you again
