Very good driver both ways. But the driver from Val Gardena to Innsbruck was best. Safety driving.

However, just outside of customs, our driver was waiting for us with a sign! I was very relieved, traveling after midnight with two teen girls, to have someone waiting for us. Our driver was friendly and helpful. I was so tired, that honestly I cannot rate the vehicle comfort or cleanliness because I don't remember. I certainly didn't notice anything obviously wrong. Using this service was definitely worth the money.
