Driver text to say he was waiting in arrivals. A large comfortable vehicle. On arrival at our accommodation we were informed the property was flooded and they had another house for us. The driver was very good and took us to the property about 1km. I had to contact the company to let them know our pick up address had changed this went smoothly and I got confirmation. Fortunately the same driver picked us up for the return and he was 15 minutes early we were packed and waiting excellent service

Everything went as planned. Drivers were waiting for us at the airport and couldn’t help enough getting us to the vehicles. On the retur a slight delay was apparent but we were kept informed at all times. A really great service all round

Our driver was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. We then had a quick, safe transfer to Solden, which meant we were on the slopes by 13.30. For the return leg our driver was only two minutes late, which he apologized for. This made us smile as we have had drivers arrive over 30 minutes late with other companies and not had an apology at all. Austria Transfers are the best transfer company we have used. They are first class, very efficient and I can\'t recommend them highly enough. Austria Transfers should be top of your list when choosing a transfer from Innsbruk and we will definitely use them again next year. Thank you for your excellent service.

Excellent drivers on both journeys, at no point did we feel uncomfortable unlike the Orztal shuttle we have used in the past & would not use again now we have experienced your service. Drivers were waiting at pick up time & we greatly enjoyed the service direct to our destination rather than around the hotels dropping off at various points.
